Sterling Silver Opal Dragonfly Pendant with Amethyst or Blue Topaz

A dragonfly in sterling silver with four swept wings filled with smooth opal slab inlay and a prong-set faceted oval gemstone at the center body. The wings have a soft, luminous quality from the opal rather than the channel-line look of traditional inlay work. A small decorative head element sits at the top, and the tail curves to a fine point below. The back is stamped 925. Round bail fits any standard chain.

Three stone combinations. Amethyst and Fire Opal pairs a deep purple oval amethyst with wings in warm fire opal showing green and pink flash. Amethyst and Pink Opal uses the same purple center stone with softer pink opal wings and a lavender shimmer. Blue Topaz and Blue Opal pairs a deep navy oval blue topaz with vivid electric blue opal wings. The wear shot shows the Amethyst version sitting high on the chest on a fine box chain.
