At SunWest Treasures, we take great care in packaging and shipping each item so it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Every order is handled personally from our location in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
International orders ship at a flat rate of $75.00 USD via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express, with estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days depending on destination and carrier.

International Orders and Customs
SunWest Treasures ships to over 25 countries worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may be assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not able to predict or control these fees. If you have questions about duties or taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
All international orders are declared at full value as required by law. We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SunWest Treasures is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
