Return & Refund Policy
At SunWest Treasures, we take pride in offering authentic Native American and Southwestern art, jewelry, kachina dolls, pottery, and sand paintings. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sunwesttreasures@gmail.com or by phone at (505) 340-5198. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us at our Albuquerque, New Mexico location.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns. This will be communicated to you at the time your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Albuquerque facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sunwesttreasures@gmail.com or (505) 340-5198 with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
