Navajo Sand Painting Outlet Cover Rearing Horse and Teepee Canyon Double Duplex

This double duplex outlet cover is one of the most cinematic pieces in the entire collection, a full Southwest landscape that spans the entire plate. The upper half is a vivid turquoise sky with two white clouds and four black bird silhouettes soaring above, while two tall rust brown mesa columns rise on either side framing a white and teal teepee with black poles in the center background. The lower half shifts to a warm amber desert floor where a dramatic black horse rears up on its hind legs at center, mane and tail flowing freely. Two pairs of white vertical reed stalks flank the horse on each side, and two teal agave plants fan outward from the lower corners. A dark earth band grounds the entire composition along the bottom edge.

Each cover is made on a standard white plastic double duplex outlet plate and fits any standard US double duplex outlet configuration. Sealed for durability. Handmade by Navajo artist Molly Goldtooth using traditional sand painting techniques, so no two are exactly alike.
