A horse hair fired pottery vase by Luna, signed on the base. The squat bulbous body with a wide open cylindrical neck is blanketed in deep charcoal and warm cream smoke-cloud patterning, each wisp and drift unique to this firing. From the shoulder, a pair of hand-sculpted cream feathers rises side by side, tipped with a small orange-red clay bead, delicate and naturalistic against the smoky surface.
