The double spout form with arched handle bridge is covered in dramatic deep charcoal and cream smoke-cloud patterning, each wisp unique to this firing. A large hand-sculpted blue butterfly with vivid teal blue wings, green, red, and purple speckled detail, and a glossy black body spreads across the lower body of the vase, wings wide open as if mid-flight.
