This is the open, airy sister piece to the Sage Green and Cinnamon Compass Rose, sharing the same warm palette but speaking in a completely different design language. Pale natural straw dominates the surface, with a wide sage green ring encircling the center flanked by thin cinnamon orange lines. Where the compass rose fills its outer field with an eight-point star, this basket cuts four large natural straw arrow and kite shapes through the outer sage green band, creating a bold four-point star that opens the composition outward and gives the design a lighter, more expansive feel. The result is a basket that feels both structured and spacious, grounded by the sage and cinnamon rings but opened up by the sweeping natural straw arrows.
Handwoven in Pakistan by skilled artisans using traditional coil techniques, this basket has a very wide, shallow bowl profile visible from the side and one of the most pronounced domes in the entire collection, giving it a bold sculptural presence from any angle. The braided natural rim gives it a clean, finished edge. Each basket is individually handwoven, so slight variations in color and pattern are part of its handmade character.
